Ruben Menezes (“we”) uses this website to publish statutory disclosures and to point existing clients to the Investwell client portal. We are committed to treating personal information carefully.

This site itself does not run a contact form and does not collect account passwords. If you email or telephone us, we may hold your name, contact details, and the content of that correspondence in order to respond, to complete KYC where required by SEBI or other authorities, and to maintain records of the distributor–client relationship.

Client holdings, transactions, and login credentials for the client portal are processed on Investwell’s platform, which is a third-party service. Their privacy terms apply to that portal.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, a court, or a regulator, or to AMCs, RTAs, and other intermediaries solely to service your investments.

Links to SEBI, AMFI, AMC, and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
